Yoga For Mobility

Focussing on joint mobility and joint releasing, as well as improving posture and maintaining flexibility, these classes are great for those who feel a bit stiff and need to loosen up. Also an excellent choice for those who have injuries, e.g. dodgy knees or hips!

Yoga For Mobility uses the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. 

 

Suitable for those that like a slower paced class. All abilities welcome.
