Yoga Nidra (Meditation)
Yoga Nidra is a deep state of relaxation whilst still maintaining consciousness. The practice of Yoga Nidra has been found to reduce tension and anxiety, relieving symptoms such as headaches, palpitations and dizziness. It has also been used to help with PTSD.
This is a class for everyone but particularly those who would like to learn how to relax and practice mindfulness and meditation.
