We believe yoga is for every body. That’s why our timetable is designed with variety in mind. From our beginner-friendly Foundations First to the calming stillness of Soft & Still (Yin), the mindful movement of Align & Flow, the heat and energy of Dynamic Hot Yoga, the gentle stretches of Stretch & Release, the restorative balance of Release & Realign, or the challenge of Ashtanga: Power Yoga – there’s something to suit your mood, your schedule, and your experience level. Beginners are warmly welcomed, and our experienced teachers guide each class with care and attention.
