General etiquette

 

Shoes off when entering the studio

We would be grateful if you could take your shoes off and store them in the benches by the front door. This is to keep the studio floor completely clean and safe for you to practice on. 

Please leave coats and bags by the front door, on the benches or using the coat hooks provided.

Mobile phones off

Please turn mobile phones off (not just on silent). This is so we can provide a calm, peaceful and tranquil environment.

Class entry

The front door will be open 15 minutes before each class. Ideally we recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your class so that you can check in with reception and get your spot. Once the class has started the door will be locked. This is to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and to stop the practice from being disturbed. ​
