200 hour Yoga teacher training

A comprehensive yoga teacher training course for those wanting to become a yoga teacher (no previous qualifications required). This course is certified by Yoga Alliance UK and gives the necessary qualification to teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. 

Yin yoga teacher training (40 hours)

For those that hold a 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate or similar qualification. *If you are not a yoga teacher, but still want to come along and immerse yourself into the world of yin yoga, you can. However, you will not receive a certificate.
