Online classes, In Studio Regular timetabled classes and Special Events, Workshops & Hot Yoga classes: Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time of a yoga class or workshop will not be refunded. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start time of a yoga class will receive a credit towards a future class.
Special events include Hot Yin, Gong Bath, Slow Down Sunday and all events aside from our regular timetable.
Private 1-1 Yoga Sessions: Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the start time will receive a credit towards a future session.
Payment for all yoga classes, workshops, special events and private 1-1s must be received at the time of booking.
Credits purchased for classes and workshops are available for use until their expiration date and are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made online via the Login tab on the website. We cannot process cancellations over the phone, by text or by email.
We require that you arrive at the studio a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not arrived by this time your space will be opened up and this will be treated as a late cancellation. Your class will not be credited or refunded.
NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL £5 PER BOOKING. NO SHOW = NOT TURNING UP FOR THE CLASS/EVENT AND NOT CANCELLING YOUR SPACE BEFORE THE START TIME OF THE SESSION.
Class passes are not valid for special events, workshops or hot yoga.
JANUARY OFFER: 6 for £36
•The 6 class pass is valid from date of purchase.
•All 6 classes must be used within 30 days from date of purchase otherwise the pass will expire.
•No extensions will be given, so please make sure you can attend 6 classes within 30 days from date of purchase.
•The 6 for £36 class pass excludes hot yoga, gong baths and any workshops/special events.
•You can purchase more than one class pass, but again, the pass is only valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
•All 6 classes must be pre-booked online via https://www.sevenchakras.com/book-a-class-options
•Classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance. ***Book well in advance***
•The pass will be available to purchase until 22:00 on 31st January 2024.

•We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on all bookings.
Single class passes: are valid for 1 months from date of purchase.
5 class passes: are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
10 class passes: are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to classes due to unacceptable behaviour and disruption of classes.
About using our site
You agree to use our site in accordance with these terms and conditions, only for lawful purposes and in a way which does not infringe the rights of anyone or restrict or inhibit anyone's use and enjoyment of the site. If you don't comply with these terms, we may deny you access to our site.
If you wish to make a booking, you should follow the instructions for making a booking that appear on the site. Any booking will be subject to your agreement to further terms and conditions in respect of that booking. We will notify you of the relevant terms and conditions which you will have to accept to complete your booking.You may download and print content from our site only for your private, personal and non-commercial use. We do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading is free from infection, viruses, trojans and/or other contaminating codes. You agree to use the enquiry and booking forms on our site to make only genuine enquiries and/or bookings for you or for other persons for whom you are authorised to act.
You will not use the site to send by e-card, email, post or otherwise transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene or profane.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or re-post our content on another site, frame or mirror our site or link to our site without our prior written consent.
You grant to us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use (including but not limited to publishing, exploiting and modifying) any material you email, post or submit to us.
