Lead Teacher - Rebecca Gulvin
Rebecca is a Senior Yoga Teacher and has spent hundreds of hours training with some of the worlds leading teachers. Her love of Ashtanga started when she met and completed her teacher training with Brian Cooper. Rebecca says, "I love the challenge of Ashtanga, although the sequence remains the same, your practice doesn't. It's constantly evolving. I want to be able to use this teacher training to share the love I have for this style of yoga and to share my experience and knowledge."
