Hot Yoga: Energising & Transformative

Every Monday at 6:30pm and every other Friday at 7pm, our dynamic Hot Yoga classes invite you to sweat, strengthen, and flow. Perfect for building stamina, toning your body, and reigniting energy at the start (or end) of your week.


Hot Yin Yoga: Slow, Soothing, & Spacious

Once a month, we offer a 2-hour Hot Yin Yoga session — a deeply restorative practice held in gentle heat. Long, supported holds melt away stiffness and tension, creating more space in both body and mind. It’s the ultimate antidote to busy weeks, leaving you flexible, calm, and renewed.

Even outside of our hot yoga schedule, our studio is designed with comfort in mind. Thanks to underfloor heating, every class — from Foundations First to Align and Flow — takes place in a space that feels nurturing and warm. No cold floors, no chilly drafts — just a cosy environment where you can settle, breathe, and focus fully on your practice.
