Two hours of blissful relaxation. The ultimate way to de-stress and unwind. The session will start with an hour of slow paced yin yoga to stretch the body and release endorphins to encourage deep relaxation. This will be followed by 45 minutes of yoga nidra also know as yogic sleep. A deep guided meditation, where the aim is to find the hypnagogic state; between asleep and awake. The final part of the session will be some very gentle stretching and pranayama to slowly wake up the body. Yoga for mind, body and soul. Suitable for beginners as well as regular practitioners. £20 per person. Please note: 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
