Yoga for better backs & core strength
A class to help reduce back pain, improve posture and increase core stability.
The class will include stretches for the back, neck and shoulders, as well as stretching the muscles of the lower body, especially the hamstrings which if tight can pull on the pelvis and cause lower back pain.
There will also be easy to follow exercises to strengthen the muscles of the back and the core.
Suitable for all levels and abilities.
